As Grounds Maintenance Manager, Vic is dedicated to maintaining the high standards of our facilities. His core responsibilities include:
As Grounds Maintenance Manager, Vic is dedicated to maintaining the high standards of our facilities. His core responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Proactively evaluating maintenance issues to perform internal troubleshooting and resolution, which helps reduce the need for external service calls.
• Quality Oversight: Monitoring all external contractor work to ensure it meets our quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Committee Coordination:
• Pool and Clubhouse Committee:
• Coordinating with the committee on daily water testing for the pool and spa (Monday–Friday) to ensure proper chemical balance and safety.
• Landscaping:
• Partnering with the Landscaping Committee to ensure all groundwork is completed according to plan.
• Structures & Grounds:
• Working with the Committee Chair to assess and address facility needs and issues, including HVAC systems, gutters, stonework, and fencing.
• General Facility Maintenance: Executing various repairs and upkeep projects around the clubhouse, including painting, general repairs, and the replacement of broken equipment.
