Community Manager Role & Responsibilities:
  • Maintains records and files of information for administration of Association business
  • Works with all Association vendors including Landscape, Snow Removal, Maintenance, Insurance, & Cleaning Service
  • Processes and manages insurance claims
  • Processes resale certificates, mortgage lender letters and questionnaires
  • Negotiate Contracts
  • Consults with counsel on Association business as requested by the MEB
  • Assists the MEB with transition issues
  • Consults with Silver Spring Township & Alpha Engineering on Association business
  • Advises the MEB on condo rules and regulations
  • Oversee Community Administrator
  • Works with realtors & potential new owners
  • Sends information to owners/residents regarding community, insurance, grounds, snow removal, budgets and MEB information
